Why should one study Literature?

Literature is life itself . People who wrote on various topics put down their thoughts ,their feelings ,their emotions and what ever they felt strongly about . People write not to impress but to express .Here I would like to express my ideas on literature & literary giants I have come across . Hopefully I would sit at the comp patiently searching & typing out each letter regularly to express , whatever I feel strongly about . I am happy I have made a beginning . I am not very good at writing though. Pl put up with my blabber. If everybody was spontaneous then spontaneity would not have had the greatness that has been attached to it! Good bye for now.
